Tofu Scramble with Fragrant Yellow Rice

I love cooking meals which can be had at any point during the day. One such recipe is the Tofu Scramble. I decided to cook some Fragrant Yellow Rice with it.

This dish is also that perfect recipe which you can enjoy with your family or can cook on Holidays for your friends and guests!

Ingredients:

1 pack tofu (700g), medium firm, scrambled
3 onions, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 bunch green Swiss chard, diced
1 big zucchini, diced
1 tbsp Himalayan black salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp curry
½ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp dried chopped onions
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Directions:
First start frying scrambled tofu on medium heat until all the water evaporates.
Add black salt and vegetables bouillon so it will melt and there are no little pieces left (or grind your black salt).

I noticed that when I add black salt as chunks I can feel it while eating the dish hence it’s better to grind it.

Mix every few minutes.

After frying around 10 minutes or more add the rest of the ingredients and spices. Mix occasionally. Continue to fry for 20 minutes or more if there is still water left. Mix with your choice of cooked grain or seed
Such as
Buckwheat and Bulgur.
or serve as a side dish.
As you can see in the video I mixed it with cooked rice and my boys LOVED it.
