10 minute dessert | Rocky Road Bars | Delicious Recipe

Ohh my, this amazing tasty recipe is addictive and quick to make.
Keeps it well refrigerated and you can grab it any time you are in a mood for something sweet!
Great for kids to make in no time.

Heat it up for about 5 to 10 minutes, till melted well:
2 cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup plant based milk

In a bowl:
1 pack cookies, broken into small pieces
(I used 191g gluten free cookie, Annie’s homegrown)
1 pack vegan mini Marshmallows (283g)

When ready, pour melted chocolate into the bowl, mix well and then pour into a baking pan, even it out and place in the freezer for around 1-2 hours.
