My boys’ favourite dish 😋
I haven’t made it for a while because I love to create new dishes, everyday it’s something new for my men to try & enjoy.
This time I decided to make it & share with you 😊.
This amazing, flavorful rice is to fall in love with.
Tasty & filling, serve with salad or just fresh vegetables.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Rice
Red onion
Soy chunks
Corn
Carrots
Garlic
Spices
Fry until browned:
1 large red onion diced
1½ cups soy chunks
1 cup corn
4 carrots diced
Then add spices and fry a little bit more
Spices
One teaspoon salt
One teaspoon onion powder
One teaspoon garlic powder
One teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp dried chopped onion
2 tbsp dehydrate parsley
Add :
2½ cups rice, washed & strained
mix and then add:
4 cups water
mix and add:
Garlic cloves as much as you want or one head, in the middle of the rice, or cover with rice.
