Kids πŸ‘ͺ Rainbow Salad (Gluten Free)

My boys love this salad, but I love it more because they are the one’s that are making it, LoL.
It’s also a really good idea for kids to do activities together.
And the funny thing is when they make their own dish they always finish eating it, where as if I was making it for them, sometimes they will complain about whats in it or not finish eating eating it.
But no, when it’s them who are making their own food, any kind of dish, it will all be eaten.
They also made pasta for themselves. Yay.

Peel and boil it until a knife can go through smoothly:
6 potatoes
8 beets
5 carrots


Potatoes chopped\diced
Carrots chopped\diced
Beets chopped\diced
6 to 8 small pickles, chopped\diced
Β½ tsp Himalayan salt
5 tbsp olive oil
Β½ lemon squeezed
5 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Β½ cup frozen corn, rinsed in hot water
Β½ cup frozen peas, rinsed in hot water
Mix and serve with pasta

It was so good even I had it although I don’t like potatoes.
