Leafy🌱 Balsamic Salad🥗

FAMILY SIZE!!
This salad was so delicious and very filling, even my boys enjoyed it and ate it with us.
Usually we serve salads with some cooked grain or seed but this salad is full of nutrition and can be very filling.

Leaf vegetables, also called leafy greens, salad greens, vegetable greens, or simply greens, are plant leaves eaten as a vegetable.
I enjoy eating raw leaf vegetables more then cooked because all of the vitamins and minerals that they contains compare when it cooked, most of it is gone.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Mixed greens
Lettuce
Corn
Hemp seeds
Dried cranberries
Raisins
Himalayan salt
Black pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

2 handfuls mixed greens

1 head of lettuce, chopped

½ cup corn
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup pine nuts

¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup raisins

½ tsp Himalayan salt
Pinch of black pepper
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
