3 raw beets, grated
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp rice vinegar
½ to 1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ cup dried cranberries

1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup walnuts, crushed or chopped
