INSIDE OUT BURGER!

by Tatianna Yougottalove

This recipe was a big success!
I had a vision of how I wanted it to look so I said I’ll try it out, and if it looks good and taste delicious as in my mind, I’ll definitely going to share with you guys.

I made the dough in the food processor using the bread blade, but you can make it by hand as well.

In the food processor:
3¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Process and then add:
1½ cups water
¼ cup oil
Process again and remove from the food processor.

Place it on floured surface and knead until formed into a smooth round circle.

Place it in a bowl and cover while slicing the ingredients.

1 large red onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 pack vegan grounds
Sliced cheese
The last minute I noticed I don’t have block of vegan cheese, so I used shredded vegan cheese.
For closing the dough with issues is better using sliced vegan cheese instead of shredded.

Place your dough into floured surface and flatten it first by hand and then with a roller.

Make sure it’s not too thin, so you can fold your dough around.

Take a round dish, I used 6in round, a big one as you can see in the video.
You want to make sure that you’ll be able to close around when the ingredients are in.
Now cut all around your flatten dough, we got 6 circles.

In each round dough place small burger, onion, tomato and cheese.

Now close around so it will look like a big dumpling.

With the leftover dough make more round circles.

With the last leftover dough and ingredients we made it into a big folded stuffed bread.

Place parchment paper on your banking tray and oil the surface of the parchment paper if you want the bottom to be crispy.

Place your inside out burgers wrap and oil the top and round so it will get crispy.
Sprinkle with sesame – optional.

Preheat your oven @350 and bake for 30 minutes or until browned on top.

My boys really loved it and asked for more.
