Instant Pot Recipe for Pressure Cooker
Sweet and savoury bean soup I made for my boys.
Surprise surprise, my pickiest son that doesn’t like beans ate this soup and asked for more.
Wow, I was really happily surprised.
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
Cooked Navy beans
Note: In the video it says pinto beans, oops 🤭, my mistake.
Press on saute in instant pot and saute the vegetables for 20 to 30 minutes:
6 to 8 garlic cloves, dice
6 white whole mushrooms, diced
5 cups of cooked Navy beans
2 cans of tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
¼ tsp pepper
7 to 8 cups of water.
Press on soup and cover with lid and set for 15 minutes.
Serve while warm and Enjoy 😋
Note: You can make it in the pot too, just make sure the beans are soft enough before adding to the soup.
