Daniel’s birthday party 2019!! 🎉🎈🎂🎁

by Tatianna Yougottalove
My youngest son, Daniel, 7 years young!! ❤️🎁🎂

Daniel’s birthday is on May 14th, and this year we agree to have the last birthday party!

I’ve been doing birthday parties for years now, every year 3 times, for my 3 boys.

I always cook and bake from scratch, but the last few years the baking part went to my sister-in-law and she had been doing an amazing job with it!!
Every year she asks them what cake they want and she always delivers it to them, this year Daniel choose Minion theme.

When I cook, I cook A LOT!!
Richard’s biggest complaint is that I can’t cook in small portions, I cook like I am going to feed a whole village, LoL
🤭😂

I just want my guests to eat as much as they want and enjoy each other’s company and the kids to be busy playing and running around.

So why my last birthday party?
It’s because I got tired of them, LoL.

Richard is right, I can’t cook in small portions, it’s really hard for me.
I come from a family that was always cooking a lot and feeding everyone.
In my house back at my home town, there was always some sort of activity.
Friends coming, friends leaving, family coming and leaving and so on.
There was always food, and my mom always insisted to feed everyone.

It’s the same with my grandma and my cousins.
There is no way you are going inside their house and not eating.

The last time Richard and I went to visit our families in Israel it was a dietary disaster.
It was going from one table to another. Food, food, food and more food.
It’s in our culture, so as you can see it’s not my fault, LoL.😉😊
We loved our visit, they all were so welcoming, and I’ve been asked so many times when I’m coming to visit again.

Me and Richard talked to our boys and we all decided that on their birthdays we can have a full day of fun.
To go and buy a present, to go and eat anything they want, maybe even to go on a trip for a few days, or even for a few weeks.
Just to be together and enjoy each others company.

Here are all the dishes I cooked and baked at this party, hope you’ll enjoy them and I can inspire you to make VEGAN birthday party for your children too.Kids love all animals and we need to lead by example, to have a table full of live and colourful food, to know that no one needed to die for this delicious food, is the best gift we can give to our children, our FUTURE.
