Mashed Potato Casserole

This recipe was amazing it was so good and so easy to make be sure to try this.

13 potatoes, chopped, boiled & mashed
Add:

2 tbsp vegan butter
Β½ tsp salt
Sprinkle pepper
1 pack vegan cheese

Spread evenly on a baking pan, make lines as you want, I made 3 lines to create big square shapes.

In the lines place slices of vegan hotdogs.

Optional: For “vegan egg” on top of the squares, I used
Β½ cup orange lentils
8 tbsp water
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
You can add pinch of turmeric too. Blend everything in a blender and spill on top of the squares.

Bake @350 for 20-30 minutes.
