
After making oat milk, I decided I’ll make quick and easy oat cookies and see how will it turn out.The texture was soft from the inside and a little crispy from the out side.I also shared it with my neighbours, they loved it and asked for the recipe.
So here it is.
In a bowl add the next ingredients:
Leftovers oat pulp around 1 cup, check the video for oat milk on my Instagram account or Youtube
½ cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup sliced chocolate
Mix well together, for better results I mixed it by hand.
Shape each piece into round flat sphere.
Preheat your oven at 350F add bake until slightly browned, around 20 minutes or more.
