This was one of the best & easy prepare salads.
Full of flavour and very filling, my boys loved it.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Parsley
Sauerkraut
Avocados
Tofu
Dressing
Place all the ingredients in a big plate:
1 bunch parsley, diced1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1 cup sauerkraut
6-7 avocados chopped
Marinated tofu in soy, maple syrup & sesame and grilled, add as much as you want
Dressing:
1 squeezed lemon
Half teaspoon Himalayan salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
Enjoy!
