Gluten Free Soft Pumpkin Bread, have it with vegan butter or vegan cream cheese.
This bread is amazing in its texture and flavour.
Soft and just a little bit of sweetness in it.
The ingredient’s you’ll need:
Vegan vanilla yogourt
Vegan butter
Baking powder
Cane sugar
Spices
Pumpkin
White rice flour
Brown rice flour
Tapioca starch
Psyllium husk powder
In a bowl add the next ingredients:
1½ cups blended pumpkin, mine was frozen & thaw
½ cup water
⅓ cup vegan vanilla yogourt
¼ cup vegan butter
¼ cup cane sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
Mix everything well
Then add:
1 cup white rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup Tapioca starch
¼ cup psyllium husk powder
Mix well again
Spread in your loaf baking pan and bake at 350 for 30 – 40 minutes
