With so much flavor you won’t go wrong with it.
- Fry on high heat:
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 tbsp grated garlic cloves
- 1-2 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup soya sauce
- Fry for a few minutes then add
- 2 cups soya curls
- continue to fry for 5-10 minutes then add
- 3 cups water
- 1 cube vegetable boullion
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- Cook until gooey and the soy curls are soft.
- serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
