Ingredients

  • Fry on high heat:
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp grated garlic cloves
  • 1-2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • Fry for a few minutes then add
  • 2 cups soya curls
  • continue to fry for 5-10 minutes then add
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cube vegetable boullion
  • 2 tbsp tapioca starch
  • Cook until gooey and the soy curls are soft.
  • serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
