Salty Chickpea Salad Recipe

I asked my 3 boys to come up with a salad they want me to make.
And this one is Daniel’s, my youngest son, 8 years young.

3 tomatoes, diced1 English cucumber, peeled & diced
2 pickles, diced
½ green olives, diced
½ cup mayo
½ cup chickpea
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Mix and serve with your favourite cooked grain/ seed!Cheers!

Instructions
