Sweet Fluffy Chocolate Braided Buns To Go Crazy For – Amazing Dessert Recipe

Tasty buns that you’ll get addicted to very fast.
Fluffy filled with chocolate to enjoy with tea, or to serve your guests with.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Vegan Milk
Smooth tofu
Coconut sugar
Vegan butter
Oil
Yeast
All purpose flour


Dough
In a blender add:
175g smooth tofu
¾ cup milk
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup butter
¼ cup oil

Blend & pour into a bowl, then add:
1 tsp yeast
Mix and add:
3⅓ cups all purpose flour
Mix & knead
When ready cover the bowl to let the dough rise for about 15-30 minutes.

In a pan melt
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
2 tbsp vegan milk

Flour or oil your surface of work and cut your dough into 9 pieces.

Each piece shape into almost a triangle, at the wide part pipe chocolate, close the dough on the sides then from the top, press well.
Then cut the triangular part into 3 strips and braid.
As shown in the video.

Brush with butter, preheat at 350 and bake for about 20-30 minutes.

When ready brush your buns with maple 🍁 syrup.
Serve while warm & fresh.
