Easy soup recipe to make this coming winter.
The ingredient’s you’ll need:
Carrots
Red onion
Pumpkin
Mushroom veggie meat (Optional)
Potatoes
Garlic
Peas
Spices
In a pot:
fry on medium – high
3 carrots, chopped
1 large red onion sliced or diced
1½-2 cups chopped pumpkin
1 pack of mushroom veggie meat, can be substitute with lentils or beans
2 potatoes chopped
6-9 small garlic cloves chopped
1 cup peas
When browned add:
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp dry dill
2 tbsp dry parsley
Fry for another 1 -2 minutes and then add
7 cups water
Cover with lid & cook until potatoes & pumpkin ready.
