Salad With Tenders And Hummus Dressing – Tangy Flavor & Delicious Recipe

I was planning to make salad with vegan tenders for a long time, but didn’t have any ideas or the inspiration.
So I just looked at what I had in my refrigerator and started to combine what I thought would go well together.
And are the results as you can see:
Colorful, tangy in flavor, very delicious that even my boys said that it was so good.
And extremely filling.

The Ingredients you’ll need:
Black beans
Corn
Red onion
Carrots
Green olives
Lettuce
Tomato
Baby spinach
Arugula
Mix greens
Homemade vegan feta cheese
Hummus
Spices
Dressing

Add in a big bowl the next ingredients:

1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful mix greens
1 handful arugula
On top of you greens add the next vegetables:
1 Cup black beans, or 1 small can
1 cup corn
1 cup sliced red onion or, ½ sliced red onion
1 cup carrots, or 1 organic carrot, cut into Julienne
1 cup diced tomatoes, or 1 diced tomato
½ cup green olives, sliced
½-1 cup homemade vegan feta cheese

Dressing
Add into a small bowl:
1 cup hummus
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
pinch of black pepper
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 lemon
Mix very well until liquidy

Fry or grill vegan tenders, add them as it is into the salad, or chop and add on top.

It was sooooo good, I didn’t even want to share with my men. 🤦🤷😅
