The Best Potato πŸ₯” Latkes (Gluten Free)

My boys told me these are the best potato latkes they’ve ever had, so it must be true.

It was delicious and I knew my boys would love it so much is because it came out very crispy.

It’s an easy recipe, and if you don’t want to fry them then bake it, just add a few tbsp of oil but it’s optional.

The ingredients you’ll need:
6 large potatoes
ΒΌ cup potato flour
ΒΌ cup oat flour
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1Β½ tsp salt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp dried chopped onions
ΒΌ tsp black pepper

Grate potatoes into a bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients, and mix.

Then add Β½ cup of water and let absorb for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until you heat up the pan on medium.
