Bourekas Buns Filled With Potato & Cheese!

This is one of the best potato pastry I have made.
It’s cheesy, crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside 😊

The ingredients you’ll need:
Vegan yogourt
Vegan butter
Vegan mayo
Salt
Pepper
Yeast
Potatoes
Vegan cheese

I suggest starting with potatoes, because you’ll need it to cool down.

Peel and boil 8 potatoes
When ready mash it and add:
½ cup cheese + 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Mix well

Dough
Add into a bowl
1¼ cup vegan yogurt
½ cup vegan butter
4 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
Mix together and add
2 teaspoon yeast
Mix again and add:
3¼ cups flour
Mix & knead, cover and let it rise for about 15 – 30 minutes.

Flour or oil your surface and cut the dough into 10 – 12 pieces.
Flatten each piece and add the filing, pinch from the two sides, to close the dough.
Flip it so the closed part is on the bottom.

Slice lines on the surface of your bun, oil and sprinkle with sesames.
