INGREDIENTS:
2 apples
1 lemon
1 tsp egg replacer
½ cup sugar
½ cup milk
40ml oil
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups flour
Mix together:
2 apples
1 lemon, squeezed
Slice apples (1 apple into small slices, 1 apple sliced into crescents
Set aside
In a bowl:
1 tsp egg replacer + 2 tbsp water = mix then add
½ cup sugar
Mix then add
½ cup milk
40ml oil, little less then ¼ cup
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix well & add slowly
1½ cups flour
When ready set aside sliced crescents, and the rest add into the bowl & mix well.
Preheat the oven at 350, pour the batter into a baking pan and decorate with sliced crescent apples.
Bake for 40 minutes.
