Split Pea, Carrots, Potato Soup For Kids

by Tatianna Yougottalove

We loved this soup, even I got to eat 2 bowls of this amazing easy to make, delicious soup.

It also great for young babies starting on solid food. You can also blend it if you need to.

In a big pot fry for about 10 minutes
4 potatoes, diced.
3 carrots, dice
5 small onions, diced
2 cups precooked split peas
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
Then add
5 cups water

If using raw split peas, I’ll suggest to soak 1 cup of spilt peas, cook until soft, and then add into the soup!
