It’s so easy to have your tofu egg ready at hand.
So just do that, prepare your tofu egg, and keep it in the refrigerator for your morning breakfast.
This is a quick breakfast for 2.
Fry on medium heat:
3 onions, cut in half & sliced
1 pack seafood mushroom, cut in ½
2 King oyster mushrooms, cut in half & sliced
When browned add:
1 tomato, chopped or diced
Add:
¼ tsp salt
1 cup tofu egg
Continue to fry till your liking, you can add diced green onions, optional.
Cut a few potatoes, slice and fry on the same pan (can absorb the flavour), on each side, sprinkle salt & pepper, and serve with scrabble veggie tofu.
