Yum, yum, yum
Made for my boys, and I had a few bites of it too, the chef of the house has to try out her own new recipe, LoL 😹
The ingredients you’ll need:
Pumpkin puree
Spices
Amaranth flour
Buckwheat flour
Tapioca starch
Ketchup
Cherry tomatoes
Vegan cheese
Tofu
Red onion
Pumpkin dough pizza
In a bowl:
1¼ cups pumpkin puree
½ tsp salt
Mix and add:
1 cup amaranth flour
⅔ cup buckwheat flour
⅔ tapioca starch
Mix well, flour your hands, and press into the pizza baking pan that is covered with parchment paper.
Cover your pizza base with tomato paste or ketchup, I had only ketchup at hand, LoL
And then place the rest of the ingredients:
Vegan cheese
Scrabbled tofu
Sliced red onion
Cherry tomatoes, I had a few from my garden
Sprinkle
1 tbsp dry parsley
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp oil
Preheat your oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
