This week I would like to share with you another easy and Tasty recipe – Baked Banana Pancakes.
All you need is just a few ingredients to have a healthy and delicious breakfast.
The best part about these pancakes is that you can also bake it without using any pan.
You can substitute any other gf flour if you don’t want buckwheat, or if you don’t mind gluten then use all-purpose flour.
3 bananas, mashed
¾ cup dark buckwheat
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup frozen blueberries
In a bowl or a plate mash 3 bananas, then add the rest of the ingredients beside blueberries.
Mix everything very well, add blueberries and mix again.
Preheat the oven at 350 and bake for 20 minutes.
