Here comes some deliciousness!!Wow guys, this is an amazing, tasty dish that you’re gonna Love.It came out cheesy without meaning for it to happen.No, there is no cheese or tofu in it.
It just came out soft & full of flavor.I suggest having it with potato rice dish.It was great, we enjoyed it tremendously.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Vegan grounds
Onion
Carrots
Tomato
Cabbage
Potato
Starch
Chickpea flour
Coconut yogourt
Spices
In a bowl add:
1 pack of vegan grounds, we used lightlife
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp dill
Mix well and spread on oiled baking pan
In a bowl add the next ingredients:
3 medium carrots, grated
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups cabbage, sliced thin
¼ cup potato starch
⅓ cup chickpea flour
¼ cup nutritional yeast
½ tsp black Himalayan salt
⅔ cup coconut Yogourt
⅔ cup water
Pinch of pepper
Mix well and pour on top of your grounds.
Preheat the oven and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.
Serve potato with rice!
