Guacamole 🥑 Iceberg Salad 🥗

by Tatianna Yougottalove

The first time I made this salad was for Daniel, my youngest son, 7 years young.
I think he also made this salad for himself at some point, he’s good at cutting vegetables all by himself.

I had some left over iceberg lettuce so I thought I’d add it into this guacamole salad. Simple, yet filling and easy to make.
Sometimes we’ll have it as dinner or brunch. One huge salad and if you are like us, for this salad you are gonna have to double the size if you’ll be eating only salad with some crackers or bread.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Avocados
Red onion
Tomato
Iceberg lettuce
Lemon
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Himalayan salt

5 avocados, mashed
1 🍋 lemon, squeezed and mixed, so it won’t darken while cutting the rest of the vegetables.

1 red onion, diced
4 tomatoes, diced
1 head iceberg lettuce, diced

3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp Himalayan salt

Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
