How To Cook Bulgur

Bulgur is an edible cereal grain made from dried, cracked wheat.
When cooked, it has a similar consistency to couscous or quinoa.
Bulgur is a whole wheat grain and it contains gluten.
It has a nutty flavour and can be served as a side dish.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Bulgur
Salt
Paprika
Olive oil
Water

In a pan or a pot place washed and strained
2 cups bulgur
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ cups of water
Mix all together and cook on a low or medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.

We ate it with a cooked cabbage dish that I made from left over cabbage.
