Lazy 15 minutes delicious quinoa brunch

Easy & lazy brunch for the family.

Before you start cut X at the bottom of tomatoes & pour boiling water on top 8 tomatoes.

Fry for 10 or so minutes on medium – high:
1 large red onion diced1 large yellow onion diced
6 large garlic cloves diced or chopped
Spices
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tbsp chopped dry onions



when ready add:
Peel, chop & blend 6 tomatoes
peel & chop 2 tomatoes
Add:
1½ cup washed and strained quinoa
And cook until quinoa is soft and ready.
