Orange banana walnut 🍰 cake

by Tatianna Yougottalove

My friends came over today and after dinner I couldn’t decide which cake we should make, Orange cake or banana walnut cake.
So Jobee suggested to combine it together.
So we did, we were playing with the ingredients and the results came out amazing.
It was rich in flavor, sweet and just heavenly.

When I make orange juice for my whole family sometimes I strain and keep the pulp in the refrigerator for baking. So here I used the pulp for this cake.

In the wet bowl:
½ cup soy milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup orange pulp
2 mashed bananas
¼ cup olive oil
mix everything

In the dry bowl:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup brown flour
1 cup arrowroot for
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ground flax seed

Mix the dry ingredients separately
Mix the wet ingredients separately
Then add the wet to the dry and mix well

Grease the bottom of your Bundt cake pan then add 1 to 2 handful walnuts and spread around.

Pour cake batter then sprinkle more chopped walnuts on top.
In the oven at 350 for 60 minutes.

Grind ½ cup hazelnuts
Grind ½ cup chocolate chips
Then add it into the blender on high and add 1 tsp cocoa powder and ½ cup milk.
Blend everything well.
In the bowl add 1½ cup icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, then add the chocolate hazelnut frosting and mix with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
