Ingredients

  • 9 potatoes
  • 5 tbsp corn flour
  • 1\2 tsp salt
  • 1\4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

peel and boil potatoes

when ready strain and mash

add: oil, corn flour, salt and pepper and mix well.

shape it with your hands and fry each side for about a minute or so.
