I really enjoyed the first version of the Rocky Road bars I made, so I decided to add roasted peanuts for this version instead of marshmallows.
Wow guys, I’ll be honest with you I still don’t know which one is my favorite, because both were amazing.
In a pan or small pot, preheat until it’s smooth:
2 cups chocolate chips
½ cup plant base milk
Add into the pot:
220g Cookies (gluten free), I used kinnikinnick
1 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
Mix well and spread evenly into a small baking pan, and sprinkle on top with colourful vegan sprinkles, or crushed roasted peanuts.
Or even cookies, up to you to play around with options.
