Today, I wanted to make some salad which is not only tasty but super easy !
This salad is not only a medley of colourful vegetables but also punched with so much Nutrition and high on Protein.

Ingredients:
½ cup black olives, diced
4 whole Palm hearts, chopped
½ cup green olives, diced
3 colours bell peppers, chopped
1 cup small black beans, mashed with fork
3 medium radishes, diced
¼ -½ Himalayan salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ – 1 lemon, squeezed
Directions:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and the dressing together and serve with your hot cooked meal.
