9 tomatoes, mine were on the vine, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
1 cup green olives, diced
1 cup black olives, diced
3 green onions, diced
1 bunch of radishes or 10, diced
3 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Himalayan salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 squeezed lemon
Small bunch cilantro, diced
Mix and serve with a hot meal of your choice.
