Vegetables and Creamy Pasta With Soya For The Whole Family Kid Friendly Recipe #7

by Tatianna Yougottalove

I made this recipe for my men, and it was very tasty.
I had a few mouthfuls of it myself too, and I’ll confess it was very hard to stop.
I was planning to eat grapefruit, so I tried to stop myself from eating Richard’s entire bowl, LoL 😆.

Cooked & strained pasta

While the pasta is cooking
Fry:
4 small Onions, cut in half & sliced
1 cup Corn
1½ cups Soy chunks
1 cup Peas
2 medium carrots, grated
Cover the lid & let it cook on low heat so the soy chunks get soft.
After 10-15 minutes add spices:
½ tsp Salt & ¼ tsp pepper

Turn it off when you know the soy chunks are ready, you can add a little bit of water if needed for the soy chunks to get ready quickly.

When the pasta is ready strain & add onto the fried vegetables, then add:
½ cup Mayo
1 cup yogourt

Mix all well and serve warm!
