This is one of the best crackers that I made, and also my boys favourite.
Itβs sweet, crunchy and very filling.
Itβs also, as you can see very easy to prepare.
I love making raw crackers, with all types of vegetables

The ingredient’s you’ll need:
Corn
Orange bell pepper
Lemon
Chili powder
Himalayan salt
Flax seeds
In a food processor :
4Β½ cups of corn
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 lemon, squeezed
1 cup of water
4 tsp chili powder
1Β½ tsp Himalayan salt
Blend in a food processor
Then add:
2 cups ground flax seed, 1 cup ground and 1 cup whole seeds.
Spread evenly on the sheet, if itβs sticky, dip your spreader into water and continue.
In the dehydrator at 115 for 2 hours, then cut into squares and continue to dehydrate for 18 hours, take out the sheets and continue for another 4 hours.
Gave me 2 full Jars.
