Ingredients

  • 4 graded carrots
  • 2 cups buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 5 diced onions
  • 1 big can of tomato sauce
  • 1 big can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 Small can of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 handful soy balls

Instructions

Buckwheat
On high heat
4 graded carrots, cook it for 10 min
2 cups buckwheat
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Add water till it's all covered and cover with lid.
Let it boil for a few min then lower the heat and let it cook till the water is gone.

Tomato sauce with Soy balls

5 diced onions
Cook on high heat till brown then add
1 big can of tomato sauce
1 big can of diced tomatoes
1 Small can of tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Cook it on high heat for 15 min then add
3 handful soy balls and cook for 20 to 30 min.

I served it with grated cheese.
