Vegan and gluten-free Omelette.
Enjoy a quick and easy cheesy breakfast.
It was so fast to make this tasty breakfast and my boys enjoyed it.
Instead of cheese, you can add scrambled tofu or some vegetables of your liking.
In the blender:
2 cups of water
1 cup chickpea flour
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1\2 tsp baking powder 1
\2 tsp turmeric powder
1\4 tsp salt
1\2 tsp onion powder
1\2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
blend then pour into a bowl and add
1 cup + 2 tbsp Vegan Cheese
Mix with a spoon, scoop the batter with 1\4 cup and fry on a non-stick pan.
