Sweet and Tangy soup

This soup is not just savory but also full of flavor.
I made this soup for my boys, and my partner and our editor enjoyed it too.
Sorrel is a must ingredient in this recipe, it gives a tangy flavor, and gives a special flavor to it.

3 onions, diced
2 carrots, grated
Β½ pack asparagus, chopped/diced
Β½ sweet potatoe, diced
Β½ cup mushrooms, diced

While cooking on high heat
dice1 handful cilantro
Big bunch of  sorrel, from my mother in law’s backyard, LoL and add into your pot

Now you can add spices (my mistake – I did it after I added water, it’s better before, gives it more flavor)
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of pepper
Β½ tsp curry
Β½ tsp turmeric
Β½ squeezed lemon

Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on high heat then add
1 small pack quinoa pasta and 10 cups water, cook on small \ low heat until potatoes soften.
