Cherry Tomato Salad

by Tatianna Yougottalove

A cherry tomato is a round-shaped tomato and can range, in size, from a thumb tip up to the size of a golf ball.
Cherry tomatoes are cute in their look and sweet in taste.

We enjoy our Cherry tomatoes as it is, usually as breakfast or snack.
Sometimes, I feel like being creative by making a salad out of it by adding some vegetables and some juicy dressing.

Here is one of the salads which you can try out.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Cherry tomatoes
Cooked chickpeas
Mini cumbers
Dill
Corn
Green olives
Hummus
Apple cider vinegar
Himalayan salt
Pepper

In a bowl add these ingredients:
4 cups Cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 cup cooked chickpeas, blended
1 cup chopped mini cucumbers
1 cup diced dill
1 cup corn, blended
1 cup green olives, blended
½ cup hummus
4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ tsp pepper

Note:
It’s Family size recipe, make sure to make it half the quantity if you need less.
I used my Ninja blender to keep some chunky pieces.
If you don’t have it you can use fork or handy masher.
And green olives you can dice it instead of blending.
