Mayo Cabbage Salad

by Tatianna Yougottalove

Cabbage is a leafy green, red, or white biennial plant grown as an annual vegetable crop for its dense-leaved heads. Cabbage can be consumed as raw or cooked.

It goes great with salads and you can also make cabbage rolls, cabbage saute and soups.

One of my favourite salad recipes is cabbage salad and I prefer making it raw than cooked.

The thinner you can slice the cabbage the better is the flavour of the salad.

I recently got the Trio peeler. I use one for cabbage and I use the other one for carrots as you can see in the videos. It was easy and quick for me to work with it, and because the vegetables were peeled perfectly thin it was absorbed by the spices and the dressing much better.

The salad came out delicious and full of flavor.
