Chocolate chip banana Cake

Every year my in laws take my boys shopping for their birthday.
This month it’s my middle son Ethan’s birthday, so they took him shopping for clothes and toys, and I decided to cook a meal and bake this yummy cake.

In the food processor:
1 banana
1\2 cup cane sugar
1\4 cup oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1cm vanilla bean
1\2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp plant base butter
1\2 cup plant base milk

Blend everything well.

Now add gluten free flour:
1\2 cup tapioca flour
1\2 cup brown rice flour
1\4 cup chickpea flour
1\2 cup sorghum flour
and
1\4 cup cocoa powder

Blend well then add:
1\4 cup vegan chocolate chip and mix with a spoon

Spread butter in your baking pan of choice and pour the batter into it, then spread on top 1\4 cup chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 20 -30 minutes.

When ready and the chocolate chips still soft spread it with the fork.
