Another one of the recipes that I made for my son’s 7th birthday party.
The funny part about this is that I completely forgot to serve it, LoL.
I had so much food to make, and when I set the table I forgot about the rice and the burgers.
When I did remember, My guests said there is too much food on the table no need for more 😅.

The ingredients you’ll need
Before you start
Soak 3 cups of rice
5 onions, peeled, washed and chopped
2 cups 🌽 corn
When browned add
Strained 🍚 rice
5 cups of water
1½ tsp of salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Mix and cover with lid and let it boil, then reduce the heat and let it cool for about 15 to 20 minutes or more, depends on your stove.
