My boys’ favourite salad.
This huge salad they can eat entirely without any problem.
It’s colourful, savoury and sweet because of the beets.
I love to add vegan hot dogs into this salad, it makes the salad more filling.
It’s easy and quick to make, especially if you are making smaller quantity.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Vegan Hot dogs
Peel and boil until sharp knife can go through it easily:
1 pack of vegan and gluten free hot dogs (sometimes I use it without boiling), but if you boil it make sure to take it out after 10 minutes.
When it cools down, chop the vegetables
Add 1 can of small peas
5-6 pickles, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
11/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Mix well and serve, Yum 😋
