I don’t remember ever making bread in the pan.
I look through my list that I created a long time ago of gluten-free flour blends, and I just added some other ingredients that I thought will go well.
I thought it will come out gooey and sticky, well, I was wrong.
It came out sweet because of the onions, and I just loved it.
I had it with and Indian dish that I prepared and Richard had it with Cheesy and Creamy Ratatouille.
Fry on high heat for about 5 to 10 minutes
4 to 5 onions, chopped
You can have fewer onions if you don’t want it too sweet.
5 to 6 garlic cloves, you can do less too.
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
In a separate bowl:
½ cup brown rice flour
½ cup white rice flour
¼ cup tapioca starch
¼ cup psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
Mix everything well with a fork.
Then add into a bowl
Fried onion mixture and 1¼ cup of water
Mix again well.
Oil and Preheat your big pan then pour the 🍞 bread mixture into the pan and cook it on a low heat for about 60 minutes.
It all depends on your stove, so maybe more time.
