Guacamole with Raw Iceberg Salad

by Tatianna Yougottalove

I remember making this salad for the first time for Daniel, my youngest son. I believe he also made this salad all by himself since he is good at chopping vegetables. It is incredibly easy to make this one.

I had some iceberg lettuce left so I thought I’d add it into this guacamole salad. The entire salad is so healthy and nutritionally tasty. One large portion can serve the entire family and it also goes well with some crackers or bread.

This is how you can make Guacamole Iceberg Salad

The ingredients you’ll need:
Avocados
Red onion
Tomato
Iceberg lettuce
Lemon
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Himalayan salt

Take 5 avocados and mash it. Now, squeeze 1 lemon and mix so it won’t darken while cutting the rest of the vegetables.

Now add :
1 small red onion, diced (at the video you see 2, because of my boys I decided to add ONE, so it’s up to you)
4 tomatoes, diced
1 head iceberg lettuce, diced (or half of it)

3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp Himalayan salt

Mix all of them well.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
