TASTY Leftover Cabbage Recipe

I made Cabbage rolls recently, and I was thinking what should I make with leftovers cabbage, the first thought was salad, but then I got this idea of this dish with potatoes because my boys are big fans of potatoes. So, I made an entire recipe out of it.

Ingredients:
1 jar tomato sauce, 1L
1 can tomato paste
1 can of small green peas
6 medium onions, cut in half and sliced
9-10 potatoes, chopped
Bunch of sorrel or spinach, 2 to 4 handfuls

Spices:
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
4 tsp dried chopped onions

Direction:

Fry on high for about 15 minutes potatoes

Then add cabbage and onions, and fry for another 15 minutes.

When ready add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low to medium for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes soften.
