How to Make Raw Beet Salad

Beets boast an impressive nutritional profile. Beets are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and plant compounds. They are low in calories, yet high in valuable vitamins and minerals. One cup of beetroot contains 3.4 grams of fibre. Beets have several nutritional properties that should make them good for weight loss.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Beets
Balsamic glaze
Rice vinegar
Sesame oil
Himalayan salt
Dried cranberries
🍋 Lemon
Garlic clove
Walnuts

3 raw beets, grated
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp rice vinegar
½ to 1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ 🍋 lemon, squeezed
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup walnuts, crushed or chopped
Mix well and serve with a hot meal of your choice. We had it with raw crackers.
