Layered Banana Pecan Chocolate Cake

This layered chocolate cake was easy to make and its best to eat fresh after the oven.

(That’s what I’ve been told from my partner, he loves to eat baking goods fresh straight from the oven).

In the food processor add :

1 diced apple

1\2 cup can sugar

1 cup plant base milk

3 bananas
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1\4 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder

 

Process everything well then add

1 cup arrowroot flour
1 cup oat flour
1 cup white rice flour

Process again

heat up on the stove

2 cups plant base milk
2 cups vegan chocolate chips
A few tbsp cacao butter for a rich flavor (optional)

when ready find your baking dish oil it and start to layer everything.

start with banana mix

 

Then pecans, you can add more if you like pecans.

Then chocolate spread

Then again banana mix, pecans and chocolate.

In the oven at 350 for 40 min.
