Party size cheesy vegan dog platter
1 small bunch of each diced- Cilantro, Dill and Parsley
1 red bell pepper diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced, if you have orange too even better.
2 English cucumbers diced
A few tbsp apple cider vinegar
A few tbsp olive oil
Himalayan salt and black pepper
1\2 squeezed lemon
Dice all the ingredients and add all the dressing ingredients and mix well, so simple and so full of flavor.
